I got your Merchandise and it is broken, what do i do?

You will contact me immediately after you open your package and I will give you a Return Merchandise Agreement Number, this number you will add outside the box when you ship it to my address here in the USA.

My Merchandise is coming from CHINA from 2 reputable manufacturers that I deal with. They take pride on what they ship you.

Shipping on most of my merchandise is Free, and is delivered by DHL or UPS or FedEx

You will not pay any tax fee from customs. The tax fees are sent to me and I pay for them.

Where do I sent my defective or broken merchandise?

When it breaks or if you get a defective merchandise, you will email me and let me know about it. I will give you a Returned merchandise agreement (RMA) number to put outside the box for my referance.

The warranty is for 1 year (12 months). For the first 45 days I will replace any merchandise that is defective, after 45 days I will give you the name and address where to sent it to for a replacement.

If you need to contact me directly, email me with your phone number, and I will call you.

Why is your merchandise higher price than others?

Its all about the shipping, if you want shipping to your home in 3 to 4 days, we have to use the best. I use DHL, UPS, or FedEx

The only way is if you want shipping the regular way, and it takes 10 to 14 days to get to your home. For the price its not worth it. The difference would be $8.00 and that is all i could discount on your merchandise.

USA only for free shipping

Yes I do, but there is a Charge for it. A flat fee of $39.00 to ship other than the USA. There will be no Customs charge.
